Edunao / Dixeo: integrating AI into learning platforms

Since March 2021, I have worked with Edunao on challenges that extend beyond a single feature: understanding an existing system, resolving technical blockers and taking changes through to production.

Dixeo: bringing AI into learning workflows

I develop AI features within learning workflows, including educational content creation and learner support.

My work covers product integration, user experience and usage controls. Internal implementation choices remain confidential.

Responsibility extending to operations

I own infrastructure decisions and delivery processes alongside product requirements, addressing application constraints, service reliability and usage costs together.

  • Automate releases and their verification.
  • Organise background processing and error recovery.
  • Provide the visibility needed to monitor service behaviour and investigate incidents.

Systems with real operational constraints

Edunao develops and maintains learning platforms for educational institutions, training providers and large organisations. Together, these platforms serve millions of users.

At Edunao, I contribute to the development and evolution of these platforms, with a particular focus on complex technical work.

Taking ownership of difficult problems

I regularly work on projects in difficulty, complex tickets and features that require an understanding of the wider system. My contribution spans implementation, architecture, data and infrastructure.

  • Take over blocked work and identify the constraints preventing delivery.
  • Implement complex features within existing platforms.
  • Connect application design decisions with their impact in production.

Solving unusual technical challenges

Some problems require work beyond standard application features. I take ownership of that specialised work and integrate it into the existing product.

What this brings to a team

An engineer who can follow a problem across backend, frontend, database and infrastructure boundaries. Understanding the context is part of the work, alongside writing the code that moves the project forward.

If a difficult problem spans several technical areas, I can help take it from investigation through implementation.
