The product: valuing a property by voice
ShareAgent helps real-estate agents prepare a valuation report. The agent describes the property out loud, as they would to a colleague; the product transcribes the dictation, extracts the property features and shows them for correction before the valuation runs.
The valuation is based on properties actually for sale around the address, collected daily from the main listing portals. Every adjustment is shown in euros, with the comparables kept and those set aside, then the assistant assembles the valuation report as a PDF.

From domain expertise to a working product
My co-founder and I discussed the idea before development began in September 2023. The project combines practical real estate expertise with end-to-end technical ownership.
My role is to translate business needs into features and architectural decisions, then build the product.
End-to-end responsibility
- Design the product architecture and data model.
- Build the backend and user interfaces.
- Handle deployment and operational requirements.
- Develop the application around business priorities agreed with my co-founder.
Building a product I can also operate
My CTO role covers both development and operations: organising releases, planning for changes in demand and controlling resource usage.

- Make operational visibility and cost control part of technical decisions.
A product being brought to market
ShareAgent is now in its commercialisation phase, led by my co-founder. I remain responsible for its technology and development.
This adds a product-owner perspective to my client work: making trade-offs as a co-founder, and living with the technical choices I make.
